We went to dined in the steak house Restuarant. I am an F&B Operations Manager with 18 years' experience working in the hospitality industry around the world with 97 nationalities but never seen this service in my life. What had surprised us is the poor service, attitude, communication and lack of training of the entire hotel staff and specially the waitress in the steak house restaurant. We just wanted to go out of our town and travelled to Hobbs to chill and play casino. I have booked for one night stay at Zia Park & Casino together with two of my colleagues.
